Maeve is an accomplished folk musician, composer, scientist and writer. She plays Whistle, Uilleann pipes and Bodhran. Maeve has played music since the age of 6, enjoying the freedom, fun and possibilities that come with playing folk music. She grew up steeped in the music of Fermanagh and surrounds, with an ear for both the beauty in traditional and innovative music. Composing has become a means of expression and exploration by which she interprets the world. She has performed locally and internationally as a solo artist and in the band Na Cailligh.
